$7 Secrets to Information Marketing Success!

The other day I received an offer for a report called $7 Secrets. Being an affiliate marketer I receive offers every day to promote different products; 99.9% of these offers go to the recycle bin.
This report was different. It was sent to me by one of the old-time Internet marketers who has been around the block quite a few times and doesn't promote junk.
The other reason I took a look at it is that it was only $7. Most of the Ebooks run in the hundreds. This was just a report but still only $7. I figured I didn't have much to lose; $7 is just lunch money so I bought the report.
The report details how to make reports and sell them for only $7. I was amazed at the simplicity of the concept. Here's what I thought was amazing about the report:
1) It’s easy. The whole concept of producing and selling the reports is so simple. If you have a subject that you are passionate about, you could write the report and set the sales page up in less than a day.
2) Even if you need to do some research on the subject you’re going to write, we are not talking about months, like my last Ebook took, we’re talking hours.
3) Information is the perfect product to market. No inventory to take care of. You just make money on what you already know.
4) You get paid immediately. You don't wait until the end of the month or the fifteenth; you get paid now!
5) You build a big opt-in list of quality names fast.
6) Affiliates love to sell and promote products like this because they also get paid immediately and these types of products convert easily. That's an affiliate marketer’s dream.
7) A $7 product sells easily. You don't need long sales pages. People will take a chance on a $7 product as opposed to a $99 dollar Ebook that they will think about and need to justify the expense before they buy.
These are just some of the ideas I thought were amazing in this report. Like everything, there are drawbacks to the system.
You won't make as much money on a $7 report as you would on a $149 Ebook. But then you won't have that much time invested in the project either.
This type of marketing is not for everyone. It takes work and perseverance like any money making project. Quality information is the key. If you produce a report and the information is questionable or of poor quality, then you just defeated your purpose. People will only buy junk once. Once you get a reputation for putting out junk, you are through as an information marketer.
If you're just starting out as an information marketer and have a passion for a topic or are willing to do the research to produce a great report, then I would recommend the $7 Secrets report.
